MATERIALS & COST

Bill of materials & cost estimate

Calculated quantities follow the design. Edit actual quantities and include the items you want to cost.

Priced subtotal——
Include in BOMItemDescriptionCalculated qtyActual qtyUnitUnit priceAmount

Actual quantity starts at the calculated quantity; edits stay until the item changes or you reset the design. Unchecked rows and blank or invalid quantities/prices are excluded from the subtotal. Exports retain all rows with their inclusion status. Allowances are placeholders, not engineered hardware quantities. Currency tabs keep separate prices; no exchange conversion is applied. Check quotations, taxes, delivery and installation before purchasing.

NEXT STEPS

Cable choices are a length and quantity schedule, not approved cross-sections. Verify ampacity, installation derating, voltage drop, fault protection and string design. Battery power cable depends on the selected system voltage and BMS.

Protection & earthing

Uses the PV strings, MPPT assignment, inverter fleet and cable routes from Steps 01–05.

Earthing route allowances

Rooftop mounting allowance

These are route and device-position allowances. Select device ratings, PE size and electrode design after fault, lightning, soil and local code review.

Rail and attachment quantities assume two rails per row, 20 mm module gaps and 100 mm rail overhang at both ends. Confirm module clamp zones, roof structure, wind loads, waterproofing and manufacturer spans before ordering.

Myanmar solar resource

Monthly average daily GHI (kWh/m²/day). Annual PV output (kWh/year) follows the current array; annual GHI is kWh/m²/year.

Source: NASA POWER long-term climatology, ALLSKY_SFC_SW_DWN. Annual total sums monthly daily averages × calendar days. Magway and Chauk, and Hpa-An and Mawlamyine, share source grid cells. GHI is a horizontal resource; actual array yield depends on tilt, weather, shade and system losses.
